Guestbook Reviews

Thank you for arranging everything so that our stay in your house was a most memorable occasion for us (and for our daughter’s 18th birthday). We so enjoyed the garden (and the deer), and we made good use of the kitchen.
Best regards,
Eric

We loved staying at this house. It is a magical, peaceful place. Surrounded by a forest, we saw deer and buzzards and even a heron. The house is cosy yet spacious and so stylish. Beautiful furniture and thoughtfully equipped. You have thought of everything. The beds are super comfy and my children loved the fact that they could go up one set of stairs and come down another! We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Amazing – we did not want to leave! What a fantastic house, full of charm and beautiful gardens. The kitchen is a dream and the beds are so comfy – what more could we ask for. The perfect spot for touring the surrounding countryside and wonderful towns . We will be back.

We picked this place as a friend of ours was getting married near by and we wanted to make a weekend of it. Jacqueline was a great host and got back to us on all of our questions prior to our stay. The house is beautiful and the gardens are magical. Although the weather did let us down (that’s what England is famous for!) the house was lovely and cozy and didn’t spoil our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. My only sadness is that we only had two nights there!
