This property is located on a former dairy farm with six other barns available to hire to cater for parties of up to 56
This is a fabulous old barn which has been lovingly restored using natural products and original techniques, with an emphasis on ecologically friendly materials and equipment, such as air source heat pumps and solar panels. A natural spring provides water to the barn. There are over 100 acres of private countryside, woodland and fields with rivers to be explored on the farm and there is a children’s play area and hot tub situated next to the barn.

The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is extremely spacious with panoramic views over the Axe Valley out to the Jurassic coastline.
The kitchen incorporating all the modern accessories, is fully equipped to cater for big groups with two ovens and a large American fridge freezer. The dining table seats 16 and the lounge is very relaxing, with large easy sofas and a LCD flat screen TV and iPod docking station.
All bedroom suites have LCD TV’s, plenty of storage, and all bed combinations can be altered to suit.
Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor, and has a light, airy feel with a large full length window with views of the courtyard and has a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom comprises of bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 is also situated on the ground floor, and has a very cosy feel, with a king-size bed, and en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 3 and 6 are family rooms, situated on the first floor; each room has a king-size bed and two full size single beds. Each en-suite has a separate bath and shower.
Bedroom 4 is the smallest of the double bedrooms, on the first floor and consists of either a double bed or twin beds. A roof light projects light into the room, and the en-suite has a large bath with overhead shower.
Bedroom 5 has a large floor to ceiling window with views towards the sea, king-size bed and an en-suite with bath and overhead shower.

This is strictly for the girls, the last night of freedom and you’re going to make quite sure you enjoy it. Where better than in the glorious Devon Countryside, enjoying yourselves in fabulous, frivolous frolics? Or maybe you would prefer something quiet, a little more studious or creative? Wow…! what a stunning location and accommodation, my “hens” had booked the property as a surprise hen location for me – upon arrival everything was just so perfect. The hosts will do anything to help you out and I know they helped my hens organise cup cake decorating and cocktail making classes. The hot tub went down very well and the huge function room was fantastic. We had a caterer come in the evening to cook for us and it was so so tasty! The accommodation is faultless. It’s simply perfect.
