This imposing, contemporary manor house stands alone in a private gated 13.5 acre estate between Charnwood Forest and The National Forest and enjoys 360º views of Leicestershire countryside towards Beacon Hill and Bradgate Park. The West Wing can be booked individually or together with the South Wing (PMHouse011) for larger groups. Sleeps up to 24 guests in the West Wing and up to 24 guests in the South Wing. Guests in both wings enjoy complimentary access to the pool, hot tub and games room.

Whether lounging in the pool or hot tub or in the shaded gardens, enjoying the woodland walk, cricket or croquet on the lawns, an impromptu picnic by the duck pond, Pimms and a barbeque on the wrap-around terrace or indulging in afternoon tea in the drawing room, this big party house exudes the biggest of welcomes and ensures the perfect house party experience, whatever the weather and can be enjoyed 365 days a year! Whether catching a winter or a summer sunrise or sunset, the sheltered terraces and gardens with feature lighting are perfect for an al fresco breakfast or drinks late into the evening.

Accommodation

Glimpse this attractive red brick Queen Anne style property as you pass through double wrought iron electric gates, along a tree lined drive, taking care to avoid ducks crossing before the car comes to a halt across the gravel forecourt. A sweeping staircase takes you up onto the terrace where, by arrangement, a butler greets you and your guests, proffering the first glass of bubbly!

The West Wing

Boasting a huge party space with home cinema, plus hand made Leicestershire Get Laid Beds, coupled with UK made Silentnight mattresses and Sanderson wooden shutters, the West Wing is a great design concept, where you are assured both a great time and a good night’s sleep.

The French doors that lead from all the ground floor rooms, including the two downstairs bedrooms and inner hallway onto the 360º terraces! Does life get any better than this?
